Founding Principles Our founder Alan Moore started out on his own with a vision and commitment that continues to be an inspiration and driving force today. From a humble start as an apprentice turner, Alan strove for better things. Moving on to the manufacturing equipment sales department of Hammond Screw Machine Company in Birmingham, UK. Alan was to be the sales engineer responsible for German manufactured machinery and also some specialised deburring machinery manufactured in the USA.
